Competition theme:
"The blue economy, solidarity and social, because water is life? "
“On the sidelines of the Francophonie Summit of UN Sustainable Development Goals 10 and 14, this is an important subject, around a life empowered by the safeguard of the planet of its seas, in a united atmosphere where the citizen of the world is the actor of his destiny. Create a comic strip (maximum 2 pages) or a comic book trip of 3.4 cases, with a message, a reflection to transmit, around this theme. "

 The Competition is open to all student Cartoonists, legally adults or from 18 years of age, and natives or by naturalization obtained at least one year before October 31, 2019, from a member country of the International Organization of La Francophonie (list member countries accessible at www.francophonie.org and at the link below).
Attach a copy of an ID or passport and a recent photo.
No age limit.
The Competition is open to teaching by Tunisian, French and French-speaking establishments established in a member country of the OIF, by the collective production of a comic strip (on this competition, there is no minimum age limit) .

The competition for French schools will be run in parallel with the open competition for Tunisian state establishments.

Duration

The "Comic Strip" Contest is open from November 15th, 2018 to January 31th, 2019, deadline for delivery of the boards, the postmark being taken as proof.
Beyond this date, the boards received will not be retained. No acknowledgment of receipt will be sent.

Collective participation for school groups, college or high school students:
Either by whole class with the teacher or the professor wishing to set up an educational project on the French-speaking world and artistic expression and / or different disciplines, drawing, during class hours, by having all the students carry out, college or high school students, a single comic strip
As part of the protection of the image, the teacher / supervisor must ensure to obtain, from the parents or legal representatives of the pupils / college / high school students concerned, the authorization to publish films, recordings or photographs representing their children. , in the event of publication on the communication media of UFE SOUSSE and of the Festival, and of the Festival's partners.
In accordance with the legal provisions in force relating to image rights, the publication and dissemination of the students' image as well as the accompanying commentary does not infringe their privacy, their dignity or their reputation.

• In the context of image protection, the teacher / supervisor must ensure that the parents / legal representatives of the students / secondary school students concerned are authorized to publish films, recordings or photographs representing their children. , in case of publication on UFE SOUSSE's and the Festival's communication media, and Festival partners.
• In accordance with the current legal provisions on image rights, the publication and dissemination of the students' image and accompanying commentary do not affect their privacy, dignity and reputation.
